I was wedding coordinator at Orsi and Béci's wedding.
As wedding coordinator, my task was to ensure the smooth running of the whole day, including close cooperation and organisation with the service providers, the execution of the wedding programme, and constant communication with the guests.
Wedding coordination on Lake Balaton
The wedding was held at the Figula Winery in Balatonfüred, which has a beautiful view of Lake Balaton.
It was very hot on the wedding day, as it was a summer wedding, we were caught in the heat, but of course we were happy with the good weather.
The Orsi's had a church ceremony, so that was the first thing to be done, and after returning to the wedding venue, the rest of the activities began.
There was a very sympathetic group of guests present, everything went smoothly as the couple had planned.
As a wedding coordinator, I always find it important to find the right tone of voice with the guests immediately, ensuring easy communication, but also keeping to the planned events and dates.
I am very grateful that Orsi and Béci have honoured me with their trust and that I was able to conduct their wedding.
